Crochet Beanies, Rugs, Afghans, Shawls

Service Description

Class participants will be instructed in the benefits of natural fibers (wool and mohair), how to crochet and finish a fiber art project (making a beanie, rug, afghan or shawl), and how to care for their finished fiber art after use. Participants will choose one project out of the list and receive individualized instruction during the class. [Note: There is insufficient time for project completion in this class. Participants will finish their projects on their own and can return for future class sessions at no charge, if desired.] Price of this class includes sufficient yarn for completing the selected project, a crochet hook and yarn needle. Participants are welcome to attend as many of these classes as they would like free of charge after payment for their first class; additional materials used in subsequent classes will be paid for by participants. Class Prices: $45 for beanie $95 for rug $115 for shawl $175 for afghan **Class participants are cautioned that the course will include handling of wool and mohair and therefore may not be appropriate for anyone with sensitivities to these materials.
